Organize your song collection, convert between 40 audio formats, burn music CDs, modify the files' tags and add lyrics as well as album art to your songs. Edit music files by cutting or joining them together, adding effects, removing silences, etc.

Digital Music Pad is a versatile application intended to manage audio. As this application allows two working modes, sometimes you may use it as a mixer player and others as an audio converter. It supports practically every existing audio format and some video formats as well.
I would not say that this application is not user-friendly; however, I am certain that it could have been made easier because in my opinion, too many options are crowded in the same window. What is really impressive about this application is that it has a lot of different features, what makes it a sort of suite of audio utilities. In this regard, apart from the common operations of creating a playlist and playing music, it comprises such functions as adding or editing tags, equalizing your music, showing, adding or downloading lyrics. It also includes an audio editor to equalize, normalize, amplify, add fade-in or fade-out effect, or add echo to given audio files. You will also be able to rip audio CDs to your preferred format. In addition, also be able to create music CDs or edit customized covers for them. Finally, but perhaps most important, it will also allow you to convert between audio formats or extract audio from video. This is easily done by means of a wizard, which will take you through each step of the conversion process.
In general, Digital Music Pad is an all-in-one audio application. It is up to you to decide whether you really need all these features or you prefer a simpler solution. Just for you to know: this program will probably take a while to start (even to show the splash screen); so do not get desperate if it appears not to respond.
